CLINICAL PSYCHOLOGIST
About Me
I am a Toronto based psychotherapist specialized in adult mental health. I work collaboratively with clients to address a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, trauma, psychosis, eating disorders, self-esteem, perfectionism, existential issues and relationship difficulties. I integrate evidence-based treatment approaches including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Emotion Focused Therapy (EFT), Compassion Focused Therapy (CFT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT), and humanistic traditions to personalize treatment to the unique needs of each client. I seek to help clients deepen understanding of themselves and the root of their difficulties to achieve long-lasting change and personal growth. I work with couples to strength their connection, improve communication, and resolve emotional injuries. My practice is trauma-informed, inclusive and culturally sensitive.

I completed both my Master's and Doctoral degrees in Clinical Psychology at York University, and I am a registered psychologist with the College of Psychologists of Ontario. I have been providing therapy services since 2012, and have worked in a variety of settings throughout my career including: the Woman’s Inpatient Unit and the Complex Care and Recovery Program at the Centre for Addictions and Mental Health (CAMH), the Adult Eating Disorders Program at North York General Hospital, York University’s Psychology Clinic, and private practice at the Clinic on Dupont.
